There will be 5 sessions: 

SESSION ONE: Intimate Communication 🗯️

  • People go on vacations and try to forget about the hard stuff. At A&I we will empower you with tools, for deeper understanding of each other. You will go deeper than ever, but feel confident and safe as you do it! 

SESSION TWO: Barriers to Intimacy 🚧

  • People have sabotaging beliefs surrounding their body, trust, and sex that make their lives immeasurably more difficult.  Sadly, people go a lifetime avoiding topics, making excuses, and dodging the real issues. At the retreat, we help you identify those barriers, give you proven frameworks that have you looking into your spouse’s eyes, gaining new ground, and forming a practical action plan. 

SESSION THREE: His and Her Desire (Dating and Sex Drive Differences) 🚀

  • For many (and maybe you), this conversation is like a well worn dirt path. Familiar, yet every time you get dusty and lose ground. Science has given new insight into the differences of the two genders, and out of that has emerged a model for understanding and finding a practical solution for getting your needs met. We see couples solve old problems at every retreat (go look at our reviews ). 

SESSION FOUR : Your Own Sex Menu 🔥

  • It is common for people to want to energize their sex life and go buy stuff. They buy new books, clothes, gadgets, lotions, oils, games and maybe see a spark, but it doesn't last. These things offer novelty, but without a foundation around intimacy (it can fall flat). At A&I Retreat, we build off the work we had been doing in the past sessions, and begin creating a practical plan for your romantic life. 

SESSION FIVE: Action Plans ⏰

  • Most people we work with are busy. Super busy. The experience of A&I will give you a landmark, but having these tools, methods and protocols implemented will change your relationship. SESSION FIVE is all about making sure those changes are implemented when you go home.

Travel Info

  • Flight: Fly into Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) - 14 miles from Embassy Suites Resort.
  • Transportation: Uber or a rental car will be necessary to travel from the airport to the resort, as well as additional activities like golfing or hiking. There is a free shuttle that travels within 2 miles of the resort. Parking onsite is included (or $20 for valet).
  • Extend Your Adventure: Charleston, Savannah, Wilmington, and Huntington Beach are all within easy driving distance!
