HABIT CARD AND HABIT TRACKER

First, on your habit card, list your current daily habits (get up, scroll IG, make coffee, etc.) and give yourself a score of “+” (effective habit), “-” (ineffective habit), or “=” (neutral habit). Then decide new habits that you’d like to implement to replace the ineffective habits and add them to your habit tracker. Keep track of how many days in the month that you accomplished a habit and celebrate your wins! If you get 1% better every day, you’ll be 37x better at a particular habit in one year.
